MATLAB codes for phase screen reconstruction and plot of result

Cal_Fresnel_freq.m contains a Matlab script for computing the power spectrum of intensity scintillations using data for the L1 signal from a geostationary satellite, for estimation of the Fresnel frequency. The Fresnel frequency is required in the computation of a reconstructed phase screen using intensity scintillation data. The MATLAB code for reconstruction of the phase screen using intensity scintillation data is contained in the file Phase_screen_recon.m. Figure S1.jpg is a plot of the result obtained using this code in one particular case.
