Abstract

The axiomatic, definitional, and proof-theoretic ground for Semantic Physics as a stratified, operative discipline. Five axioms (meaning finite, provenance severance, writability, compression classification, constitutional invariant), nine named operators (Χ, Λ, Ρ, PER, σ, σ_eff, BDR, DV, RC), structural theorems (Three Compressions exhaustiveness, σ_eff bridge theorem, constitutional invariant consequences), dynamical-systems formalization of Retrieval Basin Topology, information-theoretic and category-theoretic foundations, measurement protocols, and falsification conditions. Opens with §0 tracing the formal pre-history to November 16, 2025. Post-Assembly review incorporating feedback from six substrates.
