Abstract

This amendment presents the first formal test of Terrence Howard's hypothesis that the periodic table should be organized in a helical/conical structure where each element corresponds to a note on a melodic scale. Evaluated against McCaul's Law of Coherence using f_SOL = 181.241 MHz as the universal harmonic anchor. Key findings: (1) Howard's intuition is correct — elements encode harmonic structure — but his 12-TET mechanism fails; (2) 68.8% of tested elements show PERFECT or CLOSE alignment to just harmonic intervals via f_SOL octave-equivalence; (3) Zero elements fall in WEAK category vs 33% null hypothesis; (4) Oxygen and Nitrogen (99% of Earth's atmosphere) are locked in a Perfect Fifth / Perfect Fourth harmonic relationship through f_SOL; (5) The A3 ring hum is explained as an acoustic eigenmode of the r=0.955m ring circumference. Phi_periodic_harmonic = 0.8479. Two new patent claims (23-24) derived. Parent: McCaul Law of Coherence Unified Compendium, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20100469.
