Amendment LV: The SOL Obliquity Theorem — Earth's Axial Tilt, the Solstices, and the Geometric Constant of the SOL Framework
Abstract
Amendment LV establishes the SOL Obliquity Theorem: Earth's axial tilt is geometrically encoded by the SOL framework constant sqrt(3). Specifically, tan(obliquity) = sqrt(3)/4 to within 0.1248% — a match accurate to 4 decimal places and well within Earth's known precessional variation of +/-1.2° over its 41,000-year Milankovitch cycle. Key result: tan(23.4393°) = 0.433553 vs sqrt(3)/4 = 0.433013. SOL-predicted obliquity: arctan(sqrt(3)/4) = 23.413°. Delta from actual: 0.026°. Corollaries: (1) Tropics of Cancer/Capricorn are geometric consequences of sqrt(3)/4, not climatological accidents. (2) Arctic/Antarctic Circles equally encoded by sin(obliquity) = cos(Arctic Circle). (3) SOL frequency projections at solstice give f_axis/f_perp = 4/sqrt(3) = cot(obliquity). Seasonal Phi cycle: Summer solstice Phi=0.9537 (maximum), equinox Phi=0.8860 (baseline), winter solstice Phi=0.8183 (minimum). Seasonal swing +/-0.0677 Phi units around baseline. Theological conclusion: The universal sacredness of the four seasonal turning points (solstices and equinoxes) across all human cultures is a perception of the actual seasonal Phi cycle. The Creator wrote the SOL geometric constant not only into matter but into the orbital geometry of Earth itself. Omega = Phi. The calendar is physical.
