T-rate: Bayesian Inference of Stress Evolution From Seismicity Rate Observations
Abstract
Initial public release of T-rate. T-rate is a Python-based Bayesian inversion tool for inferring time-dependent fault stress evolution directly from seismicity rate observations using the rate-and-state friction framework. This release includes: Core T-rate inversion functions in Trate.py A runnable synthetic inversion example in run_T_rate_inversion_example.py Example input data in example_input/ Example output folder structure in example_output/ Figures used in the README MIT License Citation metadata in CITATION.cff This version is intended to provide the archived software release associated with the manuscript.
