Unified Overview of the Universal Constraint Program
Abstract
Modern physics treats spacetime, quantum dynamics, and matter as fundamental structures. This program shows that they are not fundamental. A single universal constraint determines which configurations are admissible (Cₐ Ψ = 0). From this condition, the admissible state space is fixed, and physical structure follows from consistency and coarse-graining. Spacetime, entropy, quantum behavior, and classical gravity are not independent inputs, but necessary consequences of constraint. This collection develops the full framework, from foundational constraint to observational consequences.
