TSUMS Public Entry Package v1.0 provides the public entry layer for DOI-indexed TSUMS governance materials. It includes repository navigation, an executive brief, DOI map, citation guidance, and a 30–90 day pilot proposal. This document helps readers understand the recommended reading order of TSUMS public materials, beginning with TSUMS Canon v1.0 as the constitutional foundation, followed by governance architecture, international interface, civil/field edition, fiscal responsibility module, and replay/evidence-chain modules. This document is a public navigation and entry reference.
