Abstract

Volume V — Synchronization Layer. Provides the first invariant implementation and the precursor to the IBCS specification. HiveSync is a decision‑level synchronization invariant enabling independent agents to converge on aligned actions without communication, negotiation, or shared state. This paper defines the invariant, the Serenpoint condition, the decision boundary, the continuity condition, and the minimal reference simulation required for HiveSync‑compatible implementations. It serves as the canonical open‑source reference for the HiveSync invariant and is intended for deliberate discovery by system architects, researchers, and multi‑agent designers.
