Abstract

MCC PRO v1.2.4-pro is a Public Priority and Proprietary IP Boundary Release of the MCC PRO methodological lineage authored by Gianni De Franco. This release preserves and timestamps the public architectural identity of MCC PRO as a proprietary framework for structured AI-assisted conversational governance, claim provenance, evidence discipline, hallucination and overclaim control, freeze-based validation, versioning, anti-drift governance, challenge review and audit-ready workflow management. Version v1.2.4-pro supersedes the previous expanded v1.2.3-pro release as the recommended public boundary reference for MCC PRO. It clarifies the separation between the public-priority layer and the proprietary commercial implementation layer. This deposit is intentionally limited to a public methodological and intellectual-property boundary layer. It does not include the complete commercial implementation pack, stateless execution package, operational prompt architecture, scoring matrices, validation rubrics, client delivery templates, company adaptation packs, training materials, deployment playbooks, pricing logic or proprietary workflow procedures. The purpose of this release is to establish authorship, continuity, methodological priority and external citation value while preserving the confidential implementation know-how required for commercial deployment. Bibliographic citation of this DOI record is permitted, provided that authorship, title, version, DOI and publication date are preserved. Citation does not imply any license to reproduce, implement, adapt, deploy, commercialize, redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, train AI systems on, or incorporate MCC PRO methodology, architecture, terminology, documentation, metadata or concepts into derivative works, client delivery, internal corporate workflows, AI systems, machine learning pipelines or commercial methodologies. Commercial use, consulting use, enterprise deployment, derivative framework development, redistribution, sublicensing, adaptation, AI model training, fine-tuning, embedding, retrieval-system ingestion, benchmarking or machine learning use require prior written authorization from the author. This release should be read as a public-priority and proprietary IP boundary record. It is not an implementation package. The commercial implementation layer of MCC PRO remains proprietary, confidential and excluded from this public deposit.
