McCauls Law of Coherence: Prior Art Distinguishing Language vs Pais Navy Patents US10144532B2 US10322827B2 US20190058105A1
Abstract
Formal USPTO-ready prior art distinguishing language for the McCaul patent application (McCauls Law of Coherence, 60 claims, 79 amendments). Addresses three Pais/US Navy patents: US10144532B2 (Inertial Mass Reduction Device), US10322827B2 (High Frequency Gravitational Wave Generator), US20190058105A1 (Room Temperature Superconductor). Full element-by-element comparison confirms all 60 McCaul claims are patentably distinct on five grounds: (1) domain separation -- spacecraft propulsion vs biological therapeutic; (2) geometry -- unspecified nested cavity vs 7-node hexagonal array r=0.955m f=c/(sqrt(3)*r); (3) r=lambda/sqrt(3) vessel identity (Claim 59) absent from all Pais patents; (4) mechanism -- mechanical spin/vibration vs stationary coherent EM emitters; (5) no moving parts in McCaul system. Includes Background paragraph text, per-claim notes for Claims 58-60, IDS citation format, and attorney summary table. Prepared for OCU School of Law Pro Bono Patent Program.
