Abstract

This software record archives ZIF Biocomposite Analytics, a Python-based data-processing pipeline for ZIF biocomposite synthesis and characterisation datasets. The software supports powder X-ray diffraction processing, phase assignment, crystallinity and amorphous-fraction analysis, structured data generation, and preparation of machine-learning-ready outputs for downstream visualisation and interpretation. The pipeline forms the analytical processing layer of the broader digital workflow connecting software-supported synthesis, experimental characterisation, structured dataset generation, visual analytics, and prediction-oriented exploration of ZIF biocomposite synthesis space. The software and the overall workflow are conceptualised, developed, and maintained by Aleksandar Kondinski at Graz University of Technology.
