Abstract

ADR-003 — Track A Metallurgical Exploder MVP Minimum Governed End-to-End Validation Loop ADR-003 establishes the minimum governed executable validation loop required before broader Lane A repository expansion within the Genesis ODE governance ecosystem. Building on the constitutional governance layers established in ADR-001 and ADR-002, this document formalizes a tightly bounded metallurgy-first implementation strategy intended to reduce execution drift, prevent premature architectural expansion, and validate governance enforcement mechanisms under deterministic conditions. The ADR defines: MVP-A1 (Minimum Viable Prototype — Track A) immutable Track A scalar-core constraints metallurgy-only substrate scope (C_Met) deterministic cyclic forcing a single bounded perturbation family (AmplitudeRampPerturbation) operational drift tolerances (ε_Met) canonical ShrapnelMap artifact requirements minimal RunManifest governance locking tether metric computation (τ) architecture-boundary enforcement rules fail-closed behavior metadata isolation requirements and explicit deferred-scope controls A key contribution of ADR-003 is the transition from conceptual governance language into operationally enforceable engineering constraints. The document introduces: coverage locking rules, immutable execution manifests, deterministic perturbation accounting, and explicit architecture-boundary testing requirements. The metallurgy substrate is intentionally selected as the first governed implementation target because: perturbation is measurable, hysteresis is observable, impedance growth is physically interpretable, and failure behavior is experimentally grounded. The ADR explicitly rejects premature expansion into: semantic systems, cognitive substrates, symbolic overlays, or multi-substrate couplinguntil the minimum metallurgy loop has been validated end-to-end. This artifact represents a major governance maturation step for the Genesis ODE ecosystem:from exploratory nonlinear systems modeling toward auditable, reproducible, governance-first experimental infrastructure. This document is intended for: systems architects, governance engineers, nonlinear dynamics researchers, simulation-framework developers, cybernetics researchers, and adversarial reviewers interested in bounded experimental infrastructure design.
