Abstract

We reformulate the Ontological Fundamental Network (OFN) as a 6-qubit quantumregister, identifying the 21-vertex vacuum manifold Ω21 ⊂ Q6 as the classicalcode of a codeword-stabilised (CWS) quantum code on the octahedron graph. Thecode distance d = 1 reflects the fundamental fragility of the vacuum, necessitatingan active error-correction process Ψ that generates macroscopic kinematic drag, thermodynamic irreversibility, and the arrow of time. Using the internal symmetryof Ω21, the CP-crossing sector decomposes as 8 ⊕ 3 ⊕ 1 ⊕ 1, yielding the StandardModel gauge group SU(3)×SU(2)×U(1)×U(1)′ and a Stückelberg-mass Z′ boson. The framework naturally accounts for the Ellis–Baldwin radio-dipole excess as astructural coherence gradient ∇σ along the network’s distinguished axis. The modelyields strictly falsifiable predictions: neutron lifetime modulation (δτ/τ ∼ 10^−15),an entanglement limit Nent ≤ 6, third-generation CP asymmetries ∼ 10^−4, a baryonto-photon ratio η ∼ 6 × 10^−10 linked to α and δF , and a reduced schizophrenia riskin congenital cortical blindness. We conclude that active coherence maintenance isontologically necessary, interpreting consciousness in a broad sense as the structuralsignature of a d = 1 vacuum sustaining itself through controlled dissipation.
