Abstract

This paper proposes a Zenodo-level working model linking internal period, nuclear closure, electronic readout sensitivity, and observable instability channels. Nuclear rows from the uploaded Balevski-Mendeleev working chart are combined with selected isotope examples and an electronic/material readout proxy. The paper distinguishes standard physical constraints from OUXSPACE hypotheses. The proposed selector says that emission occurs only when an available energetic channel couples to a residual vibrational mode: external electronic oscillation may produce electromagnetic readout, internal nuclear excitation may produce gamma/internal-conversion readout, and nuclear closure imbalance with positive beta Q-value may produce electron/positron/neutrino channels. The article is a research program with testable predictions, not a finished proof.
