Artian Geometry's Door: The Fine-Structure Constant
Abstract
The electromagnetic coupling as an Artian access doorway Version: public record Concept DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20330268 Author: Ali Attar Website: quantumtraction.org Main book anchor: Quantum Traction Theory: Main Book v10.01 This record frames the fine-structure constant as the first doorway where Artian Geometry is read by laboratory electromagnetism. The claim is not that the textbook definition of \(\alpha\) is wrong; it is that the coupling should be read as a finite access cost rather than a primitive continuum parameter. The measured laboratory constant is \[ \alpha={e^2\over4\pi\epsilon_0\hbar c}, \] while the QTT source program asks for a closed access expression built from Artian geometry and the real- \(J\) photon rail. The recurring QTT projection constant is \[ \rho=2\pi\cos(\pi/8). \] This record is best read as the doorway paper for the later precision-QED and photon-edge records: it names the question, the source/access split, and the reason the electromagnetic coupling is a finite-geometry target rather than a free number.
