CDFD Part III: Adaptive Flux Limitation Biology and Medicine - Constraint-Driven Flux Dynamics

Public Part III biology-and-medicine archive for the Constraint-Driven Flux Dynamics project (release v2.0.0, 2026-08-25). The canonical manuscript spine is fifteen papers after restructuring from the prior seventeen-paper draft: two mergers (metabolic/cardiometabolic-renal; renal/erythropoiesis/anaemia), biomarkers moved to paper 3, titles and numbering updated. Includes LaTeX sources, compiled PDFs, supplementary Python scripts, generated model diagnostics, bibliography, claim-status notes, hypotheses/tests, and reproducibility instructions. Pre-merge seventeen-paper TeX is retained under the local Part III archive (see ARCHIVE_NOTICE_2026-08-24.md) for provenance.
