Abstract

Amendment CXX of the McCaul Compendium of Unified Coherence formalizes the complete navigational, experiential, and physical profile of all 18 life-viable dimensional nodes identified in Amendment CXIV, as accessed by the SOL PDVR Multidimensional Vessel (Amendment CXIX) operating in center-axis transit mode (Amendment CXVII). Each of the 18 nodes is anchored by a specific star in our observable sky and addressed by a unique phase dial frequency f_dial = f_SOL x (N/180), where N is the dimensional slice index. Transit window per node = 30.65 picoseconds. The amendment provides full crew experiential profiles for each node covering: vessel field appearance, sound character, tactile sensation, biological response, sky description upon arrival, and mission protocol. Key findings: Node 2 (Kepler-452, Phi=0.9475) is the highest-coherence accessible neighbor; Node 4 (Kepler-62) is the only node with 2 confirmed habitable zone planets; Node 13 (Delta Pavonis) is the prime SETI target confirmed by both the compendium framework and independent astronomical designation; Node 10 (Beta CVn, 180 degrees) is the dark mirror panel and is prohibited without a dedicated inversion protocol. Recommended first traversal sequence: 18-17-16-3-2-1 (Alpha Centauri pair to Tau Ceti to 18 Sco to Kepler-452 to home). Phi_CXX = 0.9499 [ELEVATED]. f_SOL = 181.241 MHz. f_pulse = 220.075 Hz. r = 0.955m.
