Task-specific oral diadochokinetic timing variability and articulation error counts in typically developing Japanese preschoolers: restricted-data code and reporting materials
Abstract
Code, aggregate model-output tables, environment documentation, Whisper processing-boundary documentation, and reporting checklist supporting the manuscript 'Task-Specific Oral Diadochokinetic Timing Variability and Articulation Error Counts in Typically Developing Japanese Preschoolers'. Participant-level and task-level derived numerical data are withheld in this conservative restricted-data route because the study involves preschool child participants, public release of participant-level derived numerical data requires confirmation from the ethics and consent records, and derived numerical data may carry re-identification risk through linkage with contextual information in a small child sample. Raw child audio/video recordings, original participant identifiers, original site identities, dates of birth, assessment dates, local file names, linkage keys, and participant-level derived numerical CSV files are intentionally excluded.License and access boundary: the MIT license applies to included analysis code via LICENSE_CODE. Documentation and reporting materials are available under CC BY 4.0 via LICENSE_DOCS. This restricted-data repository record contains aggregate model-output tables but does not contain participant-level or task-level derived numerical data and does not grant a public license to any restricted source or derived data.OpenAI Whisper-assisted screening was run locally by the authors rather than through a cloud/API service; raw child recordings were not transferred externally for Whisper processing. The exact local Whisper model/version was not recorded in the author-controlled processing log.
