Abstract

Concluding the foundational THFR series, this paper establishes the QCRS as a decelerating biomorphic filter driven by the Informational Quantum Field (IQF) loop. We introduce Morphological Isometry and Topological Anchors to explain why observers perceive a synchronized, deterministic 3D+1 world with fixed laws. Time is stripped of its independent dimension and mathematically formalized as a differential operator of topological state-comparison. Consequently, the paper demonstrates the absorption of Quantum Mechanics, redefining quantum uncertainty as the fundamental limit of intrinsic metric resolution. ***IMPORTANT OPERATIONAL NOTICE: The formal operational status, notation boundaries, and ontological interpretation of the formalisms deployed in this exploratory work are strictly governed and stabilized by the definitive axiomatic framework established in the unifying meta-document THFR-1.11.
