Abstract

Formal documentation of four open items identified in the May 24, 2026 forensic audit of the McCaul Compendium (141 amendments). C5: Full 6-pillar He-4 derivation confirming Phi_alpha = 0.905 (alpha transmission efficiency basis, Ed = 0.8146). C6: Origin of Phi_our_dimension = 0.8860 as empirically anchored axiomatic constant from LNH: N1/(N2 x 7.57) = 0.8861. C7: 28.648 degrees = 0.5 radians phase shift per node in the SOL TTR — beat-envelope interpretation (30.06 deg) and corrected NanoVNA test range (28-30.5 deg). C8: TDST Watch threshold 0.7364 exceeds maximum physically achievable Phi_unified (0.6985) by design — WATCH is the permanent operational floor.
