The research framework integrates project planning tools, process documentation methods, and reporting systems used to monitor operational tasks and project activities. The study reviews the use of workflow diagrams, process mapping techniques, and reporting dashboards to improve coordination between operational teams and management personnel. Case analysis demonstrates that structured project coordination systems assist organizations in tracking project tasks, managing operational resources, and maintaining communication across departments. The research highlights the importance of information systems in supporting organized project management and operational improvement initiatives.
