Abstract

We apply Fibonacci Causal Loop Theory (FCLT) to the standard alpha-omega solar dynamo and prove that the four structural conditions C1-C4 (Ostrogradsky stability, constraint hierarchy, linearity, Kolmogorov minimality) are satisfied, forcing depth-2 magnetic recursion B(n) = B(n-1) + B(n-2) with phi = 1.61803 as the unique stable attractor. The minimum convergence integer n=5 is derived analytically from the 1% Fibonacci transient decay criterion, predicting T_cycle = phi^5 = 11.090 years. The observed mean solar cycle period (Cycles 1-25) is 11.0 +/- 1.3 years, delta = 0.008, confirmed by Protocol V3.1 (delta < 0.05), zero free parameters. The Suess-de Vries cycle (~205 yr) is predicted as phi^11 = 199.0 yr, delta = 0.028, confirmed. The dimensionless ratio of the Hallstatt grand cycle (~2300 yr) to T_cycle is predicted as phi^11 = 199.0, observed ratio ~209, delta = 0.048, confirmed (unit-free). The Gleissberg cycle (~88 yr) falls outside direct phi-power prediction (delta = 0.136, domain boundary). Solar Cycle 25 duration constitutes a live falsification test resolving approximately 2031. Solar maximum is identified as the window of closest approach to the phi-fixed-point within each recursion iteration; the 11-year period is the convergence time of a self-operating depth-2 magnetic recursion.
