A Complete Reduction of the Riemann Hypothesis to the Convergence of the Derscariu–von Mangoldt Operator
Abstract
We present a complete logical reduction of the Riemann Hypothesis to a single, well-defined analytic step: the norm-resolvent convergence of the finite-dimensional Derscariu–von Mangoldt Hamiltonian, equipped with its positive intertwiner, to an operator whose spectrum coincides with the non-trivial zeros of the Riemann zeta function. The chain relies on three established pillars: (1) the Derscariu Intertwining–GUE Correspondence, which forces Gaussian Unitary Ensemble (GUE) statistics; (2) the unconditional theorem of Goldston, Lee, Schettler & Suriajaya (2025) that the Pair Correlation Conjecture implies RH; and (3) a new Stability Lemma that guarantees the intertwining condition survives the spectral limit. Extensive numerical validation on the first 131,500 Riemann zeros confirms the convergence of all GUE metrics. This framework reduces RH to a precisely formulated convergence problem, inviting the mathematical community to complete the final step.
