Quantum Phase Induces Universal Gaussian Unitary Ensemble Statistics in the Derscariu–von Mangoldt Operator
Abstract
We demonstrate that introducing a complex phase (quantum flux) into the kinetic operator of the Derscariu–von Mangoldt Hamiltonian forces the spectral statistics to converge to the Gaussian Unitary Ensemble (GUE). The optimal phase range is identified, and the GUE behavior is shown to be robust under perturbations and universal across all number types: real, complex, rational, irrational, periodic, and random. This finding provides direct experimental support for the Convergence Program that reduces the Riemann Hypothesis to the norm-resolvent convergence of the von Mangoldt operator.
