The Derscariu Unified Framework for the Riemann Hypothesis: Operator, Intertwining, Quantum Phase, and Convergence Program
Abstract
We present the complete unified framework that reduces the Riemann Hypothesis to a single, well-defined analytic step: the norm-resolvent convergence of the Derscariu–von Mangoldt Hamiltonian. The framework integrates four pillars: (1) the construction of a finite-dimensional Hermitian operator with von Mangoldt potential whose spectrum correlates with the Riemann zeros (Pearson r = 0.9458); (2) the Intertwining–GUE Correspondence, proving that a strictly positive intertwiner W with vanishing commutator forces GUE statistics; (3) a Stability Lemma guaranteeing that the intertwining property survives the spectral limit; and (4) the experimental discovery that a complex quantum phase in the kinetic operator universally induces GUE statistics, robust across all number types. Extensive numerical validation on 131,500 Riemann zeros confirms the convergence of all GUE metrics.
