Abstract

Darwin's theory of evolution explains the adaptation of species through variation, selection, and heredity. But how does consciousness itself evolve? What enables a person to adapt not only biologically and culturally, but also cognitively to a changing environment—to change beliefs, transcend dualities, and revise automatisms? This article offers an answer through Ekvilibro Science: · Biological evolution (genes, generations) as the leading mechanism of adaptation in humans has given way to cultural and cognitive evolution. · Cultural evolution describes changes in norms and knowledge but does not explain how the very apparatus of consciousness is transformed. · The evolution of consciousness is the next stage. Its mechanism is the maintenance of equilibrium between the poles of duality while preserving awareness of both poles. The article introduces: · The Laws of the Mechanics of Consciousness (Zero through Fourth)—a formal model of attention dynamics. · Evolutionary variables—speed of awareness (C), Observer force (F_obs), mass of identifications (m_id). · The Map of Consciousness—the direction of evolution (from despair, fear, dejection, anxiety to courage, trust, goodness, harmony, awareness). · The "Ekvilibro Game" method—a practical tool for training meta-adaptation. This work is addressed to all those seeking a practical path for the evolution of consciousness.
