The Derscariu Programme: Complete Reduction of the Riemann Hypothesis to a Spectral Identification Problem
Abstract
We present the final synthesis of the Derscariu programme. The entire logical chain from the Derscariu–von Mangoldt operator to the Riemann Hypothesis is closed, except for one precisely formulated step: proving that the spectral limit of the operator coincides with the zeros of ζ(s). We formulate the Derscariu Spectral Identification Conjecture and outline a proof strategy based on the explicit formula of Riemann. All other steps are rigorously established.
