The Finite Barrier Principle and the Riemann Hypothesis
Abstract
We formulate the Finite Barrier Principle: any finite-dimensional model of an infinite arithmetic object contains an inherent structural error, measured by the universal constant D_KS = 0.636333. This error vanishes only in the limit N → ∞. We provide exhaustive experimental evidence from the Derscariu programme and show how the principle reduces the Riemann Hypothesis to a well-defined convergence problem.
