Five Pre-Registered Falsifiable Predictions for Bio-Hybrid Space Elevator Tether Design at the Eastern Samar Anchor Site
Abstract
Fibonacci Causal Loop Theory (FCLT) proposes that depth-2 necessity recursion S(n) = S(n-1) + S(n-2) drives physical and biological systems toward the golden ratio phi = 1.6180339887 as a unique stable attractor. This paper extends the FCLT space elevator series (P81, P94) to bio-hybrid tether architecture anchored at Eastern Samar, Philippines (approx. 11 deg N, 125 deg E). Building on P94's derived minimum anchor count N = 3 and its pre-registered phi-scaled anchor geometry, we register five falsifiable conjectures governing the tether material itself: (PC1) resonant ion-channel coupling frequencies scaling as f_0 * phi^n; (PC2) geometric branching optimization at the Fibonacci approximant F12/F13 = 144/233; (PC3) a critical ion-flux threshold for autonomous healing given by J_crit = Psi_0 * F_n; (PC4) quantized capacitive charge retention at discrete plateaus E_0 * phi^(-n); and (PC5) thermal dissipation suppression proportional to phi^(-n) under high-altitude wind shear. All five are honest pre-registered conjectures -- not derivations -- motivated by the FCLT attractor and the internal consistency of the space elevator series, but awaiting laboratory validation using chitin-keratin hydrogel composites. None is presented as confirmed. Protocol V3.1 governs all thresholds: delta < 0.05 supports (survives / not-yet-falsified); delta > 0.10 refutes; integer phi-powers only; no post-hoc fitting. All five are classified as tech-gap entries in the FCLT Evidence Table (v28, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20430727).
