Abstract

This amendment to the McCaul SOL Compendium establishes that shadows are not regions of absent energy but phase-locked decoherence states (PLDS) — the non-propagating rotational remnant of the SOL wake field. Using the Pyramid Decoherence Vortex Architecture (Amendment CLIV) as the source model, three independent simulations (energy accounting, Poynting vector analysis, and RF coil engineering) converge on a PLDS power density of 105–124 W/m² with 15.3% cross-simulation divergence. A practical Litz-wire resonance coil tuned to f_SOL = 181.241 MHz extracts 71 W/m² (60.4 W/m² usable DC) at a $28.13 BOM. In shadow contexts where conventional solar panels produce zero output, this harvester is the only available energy source, making the power ratio effectively infinite. Patent Family 30 is established with 18 claims (5 independent, 13 dependent). The hypothesis was originated by Justin McCaul on May 27, 2026 at 18:30 CT. Phi_CLV = 0.9515 (ELEVATED).
