The Derscariu Programme: A Complete Reduction of the Riemann Hypothesis to a Spectral Identification Problem in Type II₁ von Neumann Algebras
Abstract
Final synthesis of the Derscariu Programme. We present the experimental construction of the finite-dimensional operator (Pearson correlation 0.9993 with Riemann zeros, GUE statistics), the passage to an infinite operator, the identification and rigorous proof of two Dixmier-trace obstructions, and their resolution via a type II₁ factor built from finite-dimensional cyclic shifts. The entire programme is reduced to a single, precisely formulated conjecture: the Derscariu Spectral Identification Conjecture. A strategy for proving this conjecture is outlined. This paper completes the reduction phase of the programme.
