A Uniqueness Conjecture for the Derscariu Spectral Measure and the Riemann Hypothesis
Abstract
We propose a uniqueness conjecture for the Derscariu spectral measure. Using free convolution, we argue that the spectral measure of the Derscariu operator is uniquely determined by its R‑transform, and that the Riemann zero counting measure should share the same R‑transform via the explicit formula. The technical gap – rigorously deriving the R‑transform from the explicit formula – is identified as the remaining step. If this conjecture holds, the Riemann Hypothesis follows.
