The Derscariu Programme: Final Conclusions Complete Experimental Summary and Rigorous Negative Result
Abstract
This is version 2 (v2) of the preprint originally published on May 29, 2026. While v1 concluded that the Derscariu. Programme ends as a rigorous negative result, this version demonstrates that the mechanism of this failure reveals a profound structure. We present the N+1 Obstruction: a simplified non-commutative model built from prime-indexed shift operators, where the number of accessible quantum states grows only linearly (N+1) despite a factorial number of possible operator sequences. We prove the N+1 Structure Theorem and the Obstruction Lemma, showing that any perturbation breaking the underlying symmetry (analogous to a zero off the critical line) forces more than N+1 states. We formulate the Transfer Conjecture, connecting this mechanism to the Connes non-commutative geometry framework and the Riemann Hypothesis. This version supersedes v1. All experimental code is included.
