Abstract

Amendment CLXI of the McCaul's Law Compendium presents the Solar Serpentine TEG Generator — a self-sustaining solar thermal electrical system using a blackened copper serpentine panel, a buried ground-coupled 75-gallon aluminum cold tank, and thermoelectric (TEG) modules mounted between parallel hot and cold fluid pipes. The system produces 39.6W net continuous power (72W at 2 panels) from a 30°C thermal differential between solar-heated fluid and permanently cold Oklahoma soil at 3-foot depth. A multi-panel collapse simulation establishes the hard scaling limit of 3 panels per 75-gallon tank (scaling rule: 1 panel per 25 gallons of buried capacity). The system is fully self-powered: TEG output exceeds pump draw at all operating conditions above 250 W/m² solar irradiance. Annual yield: 84 kWh (1 panel), 152 kWh (2 panels), 219 kWh (3 panels). BOM: $631. An optional 3.41-meter SOL resonance chamber tuned to 220.075 Hz (f_SOL/7^7) couples the thermal oscillation to the SOL coherence field per Amendments CLV and CLVIII. Phi_CLXI = 0.9296 [ELEVATED]. Patent Family 34.
