Abstract

This work develops CCC residual continuity and the observable carrier within Causal Cloud Cosmology (CCC). Building upon the CCC V6.1 backbone, the Aurora Threshold Program, the CCC’ electron-cloud to causal-cloud reconstruction, and the operational residual-carrier recovery line, the manuscript does not introduce a new ontology or replace established physics. It clarifies that a projection-compressed observable carrier may serve as an observable handle of residual continuity rather than as the source of CCC coherence. The core observable-carrier relation is: η(x,t) = Πc[C(x,T)] Here, C(x,T) denotes accumulated structural persistence, Πc denotes the light-speed-limited projection operator, and η(x,t) denotes the observable residual carrier. The work further organizes carrier recovery through structural-time alignment, matched persistence, null-carrier guardrails, and SCS–Z observable certification. The manuscript also introduces a CCC geometry-perturbation carrier: 𝒢C(x,T) This is defined as a structural-layer carrier rather than a directly observed strain. It connects structural nonuniformity, curvature-density thresholding, and the observable geometry residual carrier: ηK(x,t) = Πc[ρKCCC(x,T)] Pantheon+ supernova residuals are positioned as the primary public residual-carrier pathway for CCC certification, while gravitational-wave, curvature-density, Co-persistence, and applied-domain carriers are treated as staged extensions for future cross-carrier validation. This hierarchy is based on carrier maturity: Pantheon+ provides the clearest public cosmological dataset for residual construction, SCS–Z certification, and null-baseline comparison, while other carriers become important for replication, geometric comparison, and long-term falsifiability. A controlled Colab-based recovery audit is included to document pipeline behavior. It shows that a weak CCC-like residual carrier can be recovered under controlled conditions and distinguished from a disrupted null carrier. This supports recovery-architecture validation only, not public-data cosmological confirmation or observational proof. The scientific claim is operational and falsifiable: residual continuity becomes CCC-relevant only when it survives matched persistence recovery, null-baseline comparison, and SCS–Z observable certification.
