Abstract

We present a formal Fibonacci Causal Loop Theory (FCLT) treatment of the 24-node Living Haloglobal space elevator network, a mega-scale terraforming infrastructure concept developed byWaldron (CireTVersE). Using the depth-2 necessity recursion S(n) = S(n−1) + S(n−2), wedemonstrate that φ = 1.61803... emerges as the unique structural attractor governing tensile loaddistribution across the Equatorial and Prime Meridianal matrices. Node spacing, torsional shearneutralization, and frequency stabilization — including Schumann resonance (7.83 Hz) atground-anchor level and Verdi tuning (432 Hz) at upper-tier — are shown to be naturalconsequences of φ-convergence under FCLT rather than independently engineered parameters.Bio-synthetic self-healing response (99.4% within 4.2 minutes) is modeled as a branch survivalfunction consistent with the zero-parameter formulation k(D) = ln(φ)·φ2D (Davis, P55). ProtocolV3.1 falsification criteria are applied throughout. All surviving conjectures are pre-registered forexperimental verification. This paper is submitted as FCLT Paper 96 and represents the first formaljoint FCLT–Living Halo synthesis.
