Abstract

A chewBBACA-compatible core-genome MLST schema for Lactococcus garvieae, built from 247 high-quality genome assemblies. The default cgMLST set contains 1100 loci present in at least 99% of the build genomes. Two alternative locus lists are shipped: cgMLST100 (790 loci, strict) and cgMLST95 (1315 loci, relaxed). The release includes the Prodigal training file, locus FASTAs, representative alleles, build pipeline documentation, and an example AlleleCall script.
