Validator Portable v1.0 — Offline Human–AI Traceability Validator

Validator Portable v1.0 is a self-contained offline deployment of validator.es. The package enables the generation and validation of PTC (Canal Transparency Protocol) declarations and associated integrity hashes entirely within the user's environment, without requiring external servers, accounts, cloud services or network connectivity. The tool is designed for scenarios where documents cannot leave the operational environment, including administrative networks, internal compliance workflows, audit contexts, training environments and restricted infrastructures. Validator Portable forms part of the Applied Cognitive Symbology (ACS) ecosystem and implements transparency and traceability mechanisms developed through the Canal Transparency Protocol (PTC). This release establishes the foundational version of the portable distribution series and is intended to provide a verifiable, citable and versioned deployment artifact. If documents should not leave the user's environment, the validation tool should not depend on an external server. The canonical online version of the project is available at validator.es.
