Abstract

This version contains the full independent preprint paper, reproducible source code, all three synthetic HRV datasets (N=60, 600, 6000), classification benchmarks, feature importance results, and PCA/t-SNE visualizations. This is a standalone work with novel scaling experiments and linear-skeleton findings, built upon the Lindblad modeling framework but with completely new research content and conclusions. Note: The original linear theoretical framework (V1) used in this work has been superseded by an enhanced hybrid Lindblad model (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20596270). The experimental results and digital twin data presented here remain valid, and the updated theoretical framework provides a more rigorous foundation for future extensions.
