Abstract

IBEE™ WP-01 establishes the constitutional mechanics of structural reorganization within Identity-Based Emotional Epistemology (IBEE™). Building upon the destabilization ontology and threshold architecture established in WP-00, this paper defines the formal relationships among continuity, constraint, perturbation, stability, and reorganization within identity-mediated continuity systems. WP-01 advances the proposition that destabilization does not emerge randomly. Rather, systems encounter structural load, continuity strain, and perturbation through lawful mechanical relationships that govern how coherence is preserved, challenged, reorganized, or transformed across changing conditions. The paper formalizes the mechanical architecture through which continuity-bearing systems absorb disruption, preserve identity coherence, encounter threshold conditions, and reorganize under altered constraint structures. It establishes the constitutional mechanics underlying transition dynamics throughout the IBEE™ framework and serves as the foundational mechanics charter for subsequent constitutional layers. This document is constitutional rather than operational. It does not establish measurement systems, assessments, interventions, implementation frameworks, simulations, predictive models, deployment protocols, or diagnostic instruments. This work forms part of the Catch-52™ disciplinary corpus and establishes the structural mechanics layer of the IBEE™ architecture.
