Abstract

Pre-registration protocol for testing whether a compact fifth dimension keyed to the integer 7 produces a measurably privileged structured attractor compared to other comparable integers. Includes full blinding procedure, primary observable (spectral Q-factor), decision rules, and auxiliary arms to close common escape hatches.
