First Telemetry Evaluation of the FCLT Engineered Stability Parameter Q_E: Node 01 Guiuan Results and New Pre-Registered Conjectures for Bio-Hybrid Tether Dynamics
Abstract
We report the first numerical evaluation of the FCLT Engineered Stability Parameter Q_E (introduced in P97, Waldron and Davis 2026) using Node 01 Guiuan telemetry data. Results: torsional coupling amplitude k_res_eff = 0.382 (delta = 0.000 vs phi^-2 = 0.3820, surviving); energy transmission coefficient T_E = 0.236 (delta = 0.000 vs phi^-3 = 0.2361, surviving); resonant stiffness 1.618 x 10^8 N/m (phi-encoded); rho_eff = 2,330 kg/m^3 (updated from P97). PC-P97-06 evaluated as surviving under Protocol V3.1. Full scalar Q_E evaluation deferred to P99 pending complete 24-node Sigma_eff dataset. Four new pre-registered conjectures (PC-P98-01 through PC-P98-04) governing wind shear resilience, self-healing rate, resonant stiffness phi-scaling, and density phi-proximity. Protocol V3.1 honest framing enforced throughout. Surviving does not mean confirmed. Data decides.
