Finite Screen Spacetime: Entropy-Response Geometry from Causal-Screen Ledgers
Abstract
FDS--G1 Complete Series v1.3 presents a finite-screen entropy-response framework for gravity, late-time dark-sector residuals, and the matter-sector / dark-matter ontology extension introduced in Companion G. The series develops Finite Screen Spacetime as a bridge program in which the primitive gravitational object is a finite causal-screen entropy ledger, and geometry is treated as the integrable hydrodynamic response envelope of that ledger. This v1.3 release preserves the v1.2 body-integrated theory-hardening architecture and adds Companion G: Finite Distinction Carriers and Dark Matter Ontology as the matter-sector / dark-matter ontology companion. Companion G introduces the G1DM source--response--optics decomposition, branch discipline, non-absorption rules, collapse-to-CDM conditions, and a compressed public-data diagnostic layer. This expands the archive structure and dark-sector ontology, but does not claim a completed replacement of the CDM sector, a particle identity for dark matter, production-level multi-probe confirmation, or a completed full 3×2pt SRO inference. The v1.2 empirical and theory-hardening layers are carried forward unchanged. In particular, the completed medium-prior 8-seed production-refined nested-evidence audit, the finalized KiDS BandPower EE+nE diagnostic bridge, the theory-hardening modules, and all v1.2 empirical claim boundaries remain intact unless explicitly stated. The v1.3 increment is the archive-level inclusion of Companion G and the G1DM compressed diagnostic layer, not a new empirical claim in the M3/4 branch. The archive includes the Core paper, Companions A--F, the G1DE-M3/4 / G1fit-real data-confrontation paper, the D0--D10 dark-sector closure sequence, and Companion G. Together these papers formulate the finite-screen response chain, screen statistical mechanics, stochastic screen transition dynamics, scalar-capacity EFT interface, likelihood-ready falsification tests, horizon occupancy residuals, holographic dictionaries, modular anomaly-inflow calibration targets, finite-access sheaf geometry, the 3/4 projection law, non-equilibrium screen entropy, the screen influence functional, Weyl-normalized Ward completion, maximum-caliber memory quotient, finite Markov-screen realization, metric-envelope reconstruction, obstruction exact-sequence classification, the minimal Weyl-branch bootstrap behind G1DE-M3/4, and the G1DM source--response--optics matter-sector decomposition. The current leading empirical dark-sector branch remains the projection-locked G1DE-M3/4 model. Its locked late-time residual pattern is: s < 3, μ(a,k) = 1, Σ(a,k) − 1 = −(3/4)(3 − s) RbH(a), RbH(1) = 1. Here RbH(a), also denoted Xb(a) in theory/code-facing notation, is the production-normalized horizon-response output shape. It is not assumed to be a uniquely identified microscopic source--kernel factorization. D6 formalizes this output/lift distinction through a memory quotient and maximum-caliber horizontal lift, while D7 gives a finite-state detailed-balance Markov-screen realization prototype for an admissible passive lift. A completed medium-prior 8-seed production-refined nested-evidence audit gives the canonical evidence hierarchy: M3/4 > Mκ > const-Σ > G1DE-2 > G1DE-1 > CPL > ΛCDM. All seven models share the same medium-prior configuration and eight independent seeds with dlogZ = 0.1. In this production-refined audit, the locked M3/4 branch exceeds the free-κ control by Δlog Z = 0.856 (B ≃ 2.35), constant-Σ by Δlog Z = 1.775 (B ≃ 5.90), G1DE-2 by Δlog Z = 6.523 (B ≃ 6.8 × 102), the growth-only negative control G1DE-1 by Δlog Z = 7.402 (B ≃ 1.65 × 103), CPL by Δlog Z = 9.603 (B ≃ 1.5 × 104), and ΛCDM by Δlog Z = 11.884 (B ≃ 1.45 × 105). The earlier mixed-provenance raw audit and the earlier three-seed exact-pilot audit are retained only for provenance. They have been superseded for model ranking by the medium-prior 8-seed production-refined table reported in this release. The v1.2 theory-hardening layer integrates explicitly marked modules for finite-ledger representation, causal-measurement protocol, retarded finite-response kernels, modular-response targets, entropy-admissibility filters, and mainstream μ/Σ production-interface comparisons. Each new theoretical item is marked by claim type: definition, admissibility rule, conditional theorem target, open lemma, empirical protocol, or falsification / demotion rule. These additions harden the architecture but do not complete the microscopic derivation of the screen ledger, the D0 finite-index / boost modular calibration route, the modular derivation of the 3/4 coefficient, or the unique source--kernel realization of RbH(a). v1.3 adds a main-text G1DM-C0 Matter-Sector Strengthening section. Its conservative compressed diagnostic is: TDμν ≠ 0, μgrav ≃ 1, DS8optics ≠ 0 at compressed-proxy level. The first term records a carrier/source floor; the second records suppressed leading growth leakage; the third records an independent low-redshift optics / structure-pressure proxy. This is a sparse source--response--optics diagnostic layer, not production-level multi-probe confirmation. A pure Weyl-DM interpretation is not allowed to replace the full CDM sector unless it also reproduces the source-side requirements of early-universe structure, matter-radiation equality, growth, halo dynamics, and nonlinear clustering. Conversely, a CDM-like carrier floor does not validate a G1 Weyl response. Source, response, and optics are distinct channels and must be tested with independent penalties. The G1DM compressed diagnostic is documented by two standalone data-note supplements. G1DM_Note_1_3_Carrier_Floor_Growth_Leakage.pdf reports the Planck carrier-floor and DESI DR1 growth-leakage diagnostics, supporting TDμν ≠ 0 and μgrav ≃ 1. G1DM_Note_v0.3_S8_Proxy_Addendum.pdf adds independent S8 compressed proxies from KiDS-1000 and DES Y3, supporting an optics / low-redshift structure-pressure component at compressed-proxy level. Both notes explicitly state that these are compressed diagnostics, not production-level 3×2pt likelihood results. Companion G should therefore be read as an ontology and diagnostic companion, not as a completed dark-matter model. G1DM collapses back to ordinary CDM ontology if a CDM-like carrier with wD = 0, cs2 = 0, and σD = 0 remains sufficient, no stable response or optics residual survives independent likelihood penalties, and all G1DM-C/R/W extensions are disfavored relative to the ordinary CDM source inventory. v1.2 also records the completed KiDS BandPower EE+nE diagnostic bridge. This diagnostic track validates the compressed-space KiDS BandPower product/covariance/order bridge for the EE+nE subspace, including BandPower PeeE projector validation, PneE density-kernel smoke tests, local diagnostic refits, deterministic no-noise mock recovery, noisy mock screening, nuisance-prior robustness, prior-regularized refits, and toy nn-closure diagnostics. These results support the interpretation that the EE+nE amplitude degeneracy is driven by the missing clustering channel, but they remain diagnostic only. The KiDS BandPower track is not a completed full 3×2pt likelihood, not production evidence, and not a final cosmological constraint. Phase 5 sourcing audits found that a full 300×300 BandPower covariance exists and that its first 200×200 block matches the validated EE+nE covariance, but no usable real Pnn / clustering data vector is locally available in the required BandPower format. Therefore full 3×2pt validation remains blocked pending a real nn/Pnn clustering vector or catalog-level recomputation. The accompanying replication kit is upgraded to v1.3. It preserves the v1.2 production_evidence_v1_2/, kids_bandpower_eene_v1_2/, and phase5_nn_sourcing/ layers, and adds the g1dm_data_notes_v1_3/ layer for Companion G / G1DM compressed diagnostics. The v1.3 G1DM layer includes the Note 1+3 carrier-floor / growth-leakage technical note, the v0.3 S8 proxy addendum, compressed constraints, SRO template inputs, output summaries, demotion maps, download plans, and the v0.4 external runbook for KCAP/CosmoSIS model-vector generation. Raw Planck, DESI, KiDS, and DES Y3 chains or survey products are not redistributed; the replication kit provides provenance, download instructions, scripts, templates, checksums, and summary outputs. The v0.4 G1DM production path is documented but not claimed as completed. KiDS-1000 ingestion, S8 validation, and BandPower covariance-readiness checks pass, but full covariance-aware SRO inference remains blocked until KCAP/CosmoSIS + CAMB generate validated 200-element BandPower model vectors mKiDS and mPlanck. No real-covariance SRO inference is claimed until the χ2(d − mKiDS) plausibility gate passes. The purpose of this release is to provide a timestamped, internally organized, falsifiable research archive for the FDS--G1 finite-screen gravity program, the G1DE-M3/4 dark-sector branch, and the Companion G / G1DM matter-sector diagnostic extension. The framework is conditional on stated bridge assumptions and includes explicit demotion criteria: failure of the 3/4 projection lock, decisive production-level preference for constant-Σ or binned-Σ(z), unsuppressed μ-channel response, requirement of a free A(a,k), systematic mock-injection false positives, loss to CPL / ΛCDM under production-level evidence, rejection of the carrier floor, requirement of leading growth leakage, or failure of independent source--response--optics channel identifiability would weaken or demote the relevant branch. D8--D10 extend the earlier D0--D7 closure sequence without replacing it. D8 reconstructs a universal metric envelope from finite causal access and entropy-density data; D9 classifies admissible residuals through an obstruction exact sequence and no-free-dark-sector rule; D10 proves the minimal Weyl-branch structure behind the projection-locked G1DE-M3/4 model under finite-description, no-free-A(a,
