This record preserves VCL-2.0, the VECTAETOS™ Canonical Ontology License, as a standalone authored, timestamped, citable governance artifact. VCL-2.0 governs canonical ontology, anchors, doctrine, formal vocabulary, and boundary documents associated with VECTAETOS™. This record does not modify Φ, Σ, R, K(Φ), κ, QE, Vortex behavior, Epistemic Cryptography, projection meaning, or the frozen ontological core.
