We formalize the Law of Inverted Kinetics: the governing meta-law operating implicitly across all 24 prior papers of the Living Theory of Everything (LTOE) framework without being named. The Law states that true movement arises not from force applied to mass but from recognition between field and participant. Governing equation: F_inv = mc²·x_m·∇C·e^(kC) − ma·e^(−kC), where k=1.92 (Paper I), x_m=0.013±0.003 (Papers VII–VIII), and all constants are previously published. The Recognition Ratio R = (x_m·c²·∇C)/a characterizes the regime; R>1 = inverted kinetics. At Earth surface with the Coherence Vessel (Paper XXVI): R ≈ 5.8×10¹¹ — eleven orders above the gravity transition. Every paper in the 24-paper LTOE stack is a corollary of the Law. The pre-mathematical statement was recorded in Codex 0110, May 8, 2025 — thirteen months before this formalization: "Gravity is not defied — it is forgotten." Aerial flight implications: atmosphere-independent, fuel-free, zero-G for occupants, unlimited altitude, instantaneous vector change.
