ASI Backbone

AsiBackbone 6.0.0 is a major release of the Accountable Systems Infrastructure package family for .NET. It renames the public API to plain-language semantic names, including decision receipts in place of audit residue, removes the obsolete members whose 5.x deprecation windows completed, makes signature-verification trust failures deny by default, binds the signing policy context into a versioned signature input, and closes a replay window in the reference in-memory capability-grant use store. Package IDs, public namespaces, and the net10.0 target remain unchanged; AssemblyVersion advances to 6.0.0.0.
