Abstract

This work develops a structural-time and observable-residual framework within Causal Cloud Cosmology (CCC). The central proposal is that observable reality is not the complete unfolding of accumulated structure, but the stable readable residual that remains accessible after structural evolution, light-speed-bounded accessibility, and projection compression. Within this framework, accumulated structure is represented by C = C(x,T), where x denotes observable accessibility coordinates and T denotes structural time or a structural-time proxy. Observable reality is interpreted as a projection-compressed residual: R_obs(x,t) = Π_c[C(x,T)]. The paper further develops observable residual energy, observable residual mass, residual mass–energy closure, curvature-coherence diagnostics, and a CCC projection-compression certification pathway. Dark matter, dark energy, and black-hole boundary closure are interpreted within a unified residual-manifestation framework. Dark matter is treated as observable residual mass that is weakly accessible electromagnetically while remaining readable through gravitational or curvature channels. Dark energy is interpreted through structural-time accumulated coherence in cosmological expansion residuals. Black-hole boundary closure is interpreted as outward residual accessibility approaching closure under the light-speed boundary while external residual carriers remain observable. The work integrates residual carriers, RCI, SCS/Z, RMEC, HORI, null-baseline protection, Monte Carlo stability, and cross-channel readability into a unified certification architecture. A CCC residual-carrier calibration further produces a projection-compression estimate of approximately 97.2%, suggesting that stable directly readable observable residuals may constitute only a small fraction of accumulated structure, while a much larger fraction remains represented through projection-compressed accessibility. The framework does not replace General Relativity, standard cosmology, or established observational physics. Instead, it provides a structural interpretation of observable residuals, projection-compressed accessibility, residual mass–energy closure, and coherence certification under accumulated structural persistence. This work serves as the current CCC structural-time and observable-residual synthesis, integrating light-speed boundary interpretation, projection compression, dark matter, dark energy, black-hole boundary closure, residual certification, and future verification pathways into a single coherent framework.
