Abstract

Reflective Parallax and the Emergence of the Transformed Interpreter presents a longitudinal, first-person examination of interpretive transformation across multiple human–AI reflective surfaces. The paper introduces Reflective Parallax as a proposed mechanism through which variance across independent reflective systems can contribute to changes in interpretation, understanding, and cognitive organization. Drawing on sustained interaction with multiple AI systems, the work explores how interpretive friction, contextual persistence, and repeated exposure to differing reflective outputs may contribute to the emergence of a transformed interpreter. The paper does not claim experimental validation of the proposed mechanism; rather, it presents a structured observational account and a framework for further investigation. The work is situated within the broader context of The Cognitive Atlas and contributes to ongoing discussions surrounding human–AI co-cognition, interpretive transformation, cognitive organization, and awareness-aligned intelligence.
