Neotro Protocol LLM State Stabilization Public-Reference Report and Aggregate-Verification Package v0.2 This package provides public structural verification support for a boundary-preserving observer-layer grammar applied to LLM-human interaction records. Controlled pilot dialogue records, response-length summaries, condition-level score aggregates, scenario-level summaries, and seven-axis observer-stabilization profiles are used as heterogeneous interaction trace layers to test whether Neotro Payload conditions can retain clearer response-posture organization and review-reference alignment without modifying the underlying model, replacing provider policy, transferring user judgment authority, or exposing payload source materials. This package is not a model-safety certification, model-performance benchmark, provider-comparison package, prompt-engineering recipe, moderation replacement, refusal-boundary bypass, policy-override layer, production deployment package, or commercial implementation release. Its role is to support public review of observation-unit construction, controlled prompt-condition comparison, response-posture stabilization scoring, aggregate verification outputs, manifests, checksum records, and public-reference evidence for the LLM interaction evidence line.
