Abstract

This visual companion to Ordering Case Notes No.02 presents a one-page diagnostic card for identifying gravity load: the structural condition in which prior commitment makes clean reversal expensive, so continuation begins to reflect accumulated weight rather than renewed trust. The card extracts the core definition, core reading, five diagnostic signals, cold test, and boundary condition from “SoftBank, WeWork, and the Weight of Reasonable Commitments: When Exit Is More Expensive Than Continuation.” It is designed as a quick-reference tool for recognizing when continuation may no longer indicate renewed confidence, but rather accumulated structural weight. This visual is part of the Ordering Case Notes companion visual series. Related project landing page:https://read-ordering.netlify.app/
